Using the services
You may use Powered By The Guy websites and authenticated services only for lawful purposes and within the access granted to your account or organization. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, access another customer's information, or use the services to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and authentication factors associated with your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended or revoked when necessary to protect users, customers, systems or data.
Customer agreements
These general terms govern use of the website and platform unless a signed customer agreement, order, statement of work or other written agreement applies. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the signed agreement controls for that relationship.
Intellectual property
Powered By The Guy and its licensors retain rights in their software, platforms, brands, documentation and other protected materials. Customer-owned data and materials remain subject to the applicable customer agreement and permissions provided for service delivery.
Availability and changes
Services may change as functionality, providers, security requirements and operational needs evolve. We may perform maintenance or make changes needed to protect service integrity, comply with law or improve reliability.
